Are JWs told not to go to these types of sites?

If they are not allowed to talk to apostates, why do they? And on top of that, do they count that as time on their time card? If they believe in certain JW beliefs and not the previous one, were they taught that their "faith by works" as an individual was not good enough, but they had to be part of an organized religion where a small group of old guys tell them what to do because God so called communicates with them? Are they afraid to leave because the society is in the business a breaking families apart?
