How to stop being a munafiq? how do i increase my sincere love and devotion for Allah?

Read the Qur'an and pray? That's how I got close to Allah. You could try looking around you and appreciate every little thing he has bestowed upon us through nature. I honestly don't know what other advice to give, this is something you should figure out on your own.
