What is great in DMG that everyone is krazzy bout that daiy soap?

There is nothing gr8 in it except for some comedy here and there.I totally agree with u that the characters concetrate more on each other instead of getting serious in their job.This probably is the fault of story writer.I am still wondering what in the world is nana part 2 doing in the hospital???
