Cirsised (Partaily) help?

I am now worrying that my is abinormal because it is partally circised. Is this normal or no? Also will I also have to have extra surgery. It goes all the way back when I have an ejection but there is still leftover skin from the foreskin. Am I one of the lucky ones :(
