PLLLZZ AnSWERRRRRR.. staring?

ok so there is this guy who is Always staring at me like nonstop for two years , so this whole Year again he's been staring at me his face get all red when i talk to him and he sit behind me at lunch always staring at me he always turn around at my table to make a small conversation i never talk to him except a few time while he is talking to my friends he is Always staring at me but my best friend aks him if he like me he say yes last year he told me " you are like a erfly so much happen last year anyway he stare at my best friend too but he is not scared to talk to her like he does to me his face doesn't get red or anything in fact he is Always bothering her but with me it's diffident what's the point of all that staring why is he so scared of me? why does he stare at me nonstop? also why does he stare at my best friend also well that wat she told me. i have liked him for so long but he still stare at me till this day .
