Hello. I had rotator cuff surgery over 5 years ago, and I did not follow through with the therapy afterwards - which I really regret. Meanwhile, I am scared to work out my arms again because any movement halfway overhead and/or weight causes a lot of pain in my shoulder that will last for a few days afterwards. I really want to start working out my arms and toning up but I'm not sure of what excercises I can do in order to cause little to no pain. Any suggestions?
