LBC Discussion 28th morning /Who said that Non-EU immigrant spouses Must P Simple English Language Test ?
Bottom line - ALL would-be migrants to the UK MUST have a reasonable command of the English language, both written and spoken. Any form of "marriage" should not be an exemption from this very basic but essential rule.
