Is this a cute outfit for school?

Red leggings, white short sleeved v neck a black scarf wrapped around my neck, the scarf has some red flowers on it, a swatch watch, black nails :) what shoes should I wear? My hair is shoulder length and I have side swept bangs.. Will a red alice band look good too? How should I do my make up? :) I'm 17
