Xbox Live connection problems :/?

Earlier today, my internet completely crashed because my mom hadn't paid the internet bill. She called and paid it and now everything except Xbox Live is working. I've reset everything including the modem and my Xbox 360 multiple times, and now when I search for wireless networks, every network near me shows up except MY network. It shouldn't be an unlisted network, and I've tried doing it that way too, it doesn't work. My wireless adapter that hooks up to my Xbox is just glowing red. Do I need that replaced or something, or it is something fixable?
