Mormons--im the new beehive president

i have been the new beehive president now for nearly 2 weeks but nobody has explained anything to me *other than the basics explained in my interview*i know that i have to do things like take it in turns to do the opening session with the other two presidents in yw opening *ward tradition*and i greet and look after the beehives,and also i prepare the cl activity for youth on a tuesday which happens every 4th tuesday.but is there anything else...what do i do for the youth beehive cl activities ...who to i go to when i need to ask questions...all in all ...what are my duties as beehive president.i only have three beehives including me...so i know that i only have the choice iv those two for councillor's and i have already chosen who is first and second,will somebody ask me who i have chosen or do i need to tell someone?THANK YOU!!!
