I applied and scheduled an interview but the the HR rep I talked to did not even give me an option as to what time I could do the interview. How can I work out / tone my arms after rotator cuff surgery?

Hello. I had rotator cuff surgery over 5 years ago, and I did not follow through with the therapy afterwards - which I really regret. Meanwhile, I am scared to work out my arms again because any movement halfway overhead and/or weight causes a lot of pain in my shoulder that will last for a few days afterwards. I really want to start working out my arms and toning up but I'm not sure of what excercises I can do in order to cause little to no pain. Any suggestions?

Today I dropped a neighbors daughter off from school her mom didnt answer and she used her key to get in. she comes running out screaming. I went inside she was unconsious sitting up against the wall head tilted over. your doctor's comments confuse me. a fasting reading of 103 is a little high, but a lot depends on when you actually had something to eat before that test...8 hrs earlier, 6 hrs earlier? having a reading of 65 after that horrible drink is a good sign of hypoglycemia. not having symptoms has nothing to do with your future development of diabetes. i was diagnosed with hypoglycemia about 30 years ago & have never "lost" it, have never become diabetic. i'm still hypoglycemic. better control of it now than when i was diagnosed, but my readings still run lower than most people. my advice to you from my own experience is to stabilize your diet. no extremes on anything. don't overdo on sweets as that will trigger events. don't avoid them totally or you'll end up having a major craving & go overboard someday eating too much of it. your body will need to run smoothly & the only way to do that is to keep your food steady. i do well on a higher protein diet, some sweets, fruits, veg, etc. i've stopped sodas altogether, as they just don't taste that good to me anymore. if you're hungry all the time & gaining weight, chances are you're eating a lot of "empty" calories that don't satisfy the hunger but do put on pounds. leave behind those "fluff" foods (you likely know what those are) & try something more solid & less junk. try some V8 juice. been drinking that myself lately & it's really pretty good. lots of nutrition & i'm not hungry afterwards. i have about 6 ounces in the morning & i'm not "starving" an hour later like i am after eating something like cereal.

My story so far.like?

I'm confused after years of symptoms?

My left shoulder bounces involuntarily after swallowing and tilting my head to the right. I feel the muscle or tendon along the left side of my neck pop and my shoulder jerks right when it happens. It's like after I swallow, something tenses and when i tilt my head it pops. This all started happening just a few weeks ago, but I've been complaining of sinus and Eustachian tube discomfort for over a year along with teeth grinding and jaw cracking/stiffness. An oral surgeon said i don't have TMJ, and an ENT said he couldn't find any problems after using an endoscope. He said i have a slight pressure imbalance in the ears and gave me singulair. It didnt do anything and neither did allegra or any of the nasal sprays. I dont know if this is just muscle tension or sinus or both. Now my doctor wants me to see the ENT again (a different one) to check swallowing mechanisms more, and if he doesnt come up with anything he wants me to then see a gastro doctor to check for esophageal probl

Yes you can but i wouldnt really worry about it...You can use a can of spray foam insulation that you can find at home depot for around $5. That is what I use on holes in our trees. You could also use a prunning seal but it wont really "fill" the hole. Hope this helps.

Effluent pump and float help.?

I have an effluent pump with a piggyback float switch,The float switch plugs into an outlet, and the pump plugs into the back of that. I am taking nothing away from him and would rate him higher than Henderson I suppose but if you are including pitchers in this he is in the top 50 of all time. Well in my senior year of highschool me and my 2 gurls were visiting our other friend while she was at work. That is very frustrating.While not a FtM, I do have issues with my own mother and my uality. When I told her I was , she basically ignored what I said. I didn't push the subject, becasue I understood she was uncomfortable with it, and it was good enought that she had the thought in her head. So I say you should tell your mother you know how to be a girl because you've always been one, no matter what your physical appearance was. And when the straight comment comes up again, remind her that it doesn't matter if you're straight or gay or what she has to say to grandchildren as long as you're happy. I just got a straight perm and it should last for four months. I love it and i can wash my anytime i want. How can I prevent myself from losing faith in myself and humanity?

Lately I can't help but notice just how sad I feel, it mostly comes from how I have been treated by people outside of my family my whole life. In middle school, I was always picked on and teased and in Junior High School and High School I was teased more than would have been okay and was an extreme outcast since I had trouble fitting in and wasn't really welcomed or treated very well by my clmates. I thought college was going to be better but I find everyone to be just pretentious, self-serving,rude, cowardly, and in some cases cruel. I have only found a few good people that have shown generosity and earnestness towards myself and others, people who weren't pretending to be something they weren't or treated others like they were beneath them. I had experience as an RA and that allowed me to see the darker side of college students, and it never helped that I found no fellowship among my staff. I have always been an outsider and have had trouble fitting in and conforming to those standards/beliefs or behaving like they do. I have come to accept my responsibility in my set-backs and my life, I always own up to my mistakes but not many other people do. I find it depressing that our culture glorifies these people and forms of entertainment like "Jersey Shore" or other garbage like "Twilight" or "Beastly". I know I'm sounding whiny or like I look down my nose at people but I don't. Things like these keep me up at night and how people can be so cruel to one another on a daily basis or how we can just say other people's problems aren't our own. Where has humanity gone or the concept of it? I lose faith in myself because I feel as if I am doomed to end up as that or end up going the way I am now. That I will not be able to fit in or become sociable enough to be welcome in any group or circle. I have tried to blend in or fit in in many groups I have encountered and nothing works, and I find myself back at square one. I know this has been long but I apologize.

There is a part in your hair, whichever side you normally part your hair on. You can also buy a good volumizer to help. Try flipping head over and spray underneath hair with hair spray to get more volume underneath. Why Are Some People So Very ?

I have a friend who isn't physically gay like...loves men gay, He just acts really gay. I mean we're friends and all that but he seems to flicker on and off whether he's in the mood to be friends at that particular moment. I have an oneida royal oil Furnaces that keeps reseting?

Ok I think I have some kinda venting problem. I run my furnaces and it runs for a min then resets. I pulled the cap of the front of the furnaces. looks like the one on the rear that goes to the pipe that goes to the chimney. it runs fine with that off, but if I try to put it back on when its running, black soot start to pour out from around it. I wouldn't consider moving until you are both in secure employment. It's not just getting a flat, it's all the other expenses, food and utilities, council tax etc that you need to think about. You will also need a deposit to rent a private property which is often a month's rent in advance, plus you'll need your first month's rent as well. It's extremely unlikely that a private landlord would rent to you whilst you are both on JSA; on such a low 'income' you would likely be unable to meet your living expenses. You can apply to go on the housing list with your local council/housing authority but the lists are extremely long and a childless couple who have somewhere to live (even if it's your mum & dad's house) will be low priority. I understand that you want to live together but in your current cirstances it's best to wait until you both have jobs and have saved enough money for a deposit, moving expenses and your first month's rent. I feel desperately alone, but I find it very difficult to be around other people. I am untrustworthy and prone to dishonesty, and I would rather be alone as I find that I am incompatible with many people and I would rather be without them. I feel as though there are few people who truly understand; those that do are so far away and we are unlikely to ever cross paths. A psychiatrist does not understand, they only know what they have studied, but have not experienced it themselves - I have had many psychiatrists but have always ended up quitting due to my introverted nature getting in the way of progress. I have been offered antidepressants before also. I have an obsession with food that leads me to being both anorexic and a binge eater. This has been in my life since I was eight years old. I feel dissent at the current government in the UK and the education system, which leads me to believe in a nihilistic sense that there is no hope for me. I feel that I cannot go anywhere or do anything - I am very free-spirited and I just want to be able to live my life without restraints, which I find a difficult prospect. My depression makes me unmotivated and idle. I miss a lot of school, give up on things before I have begun them and procrastinate to the point where I can do nothing else. I am such a perfectionist that I often do not even bother beginning things because I know that they will never be 'perfect'. Please, how can I get out of this rut and stop entrapping myself? I am not ready to get help for my anorexia at the moment. I have not been hospitalised before but it has been threatened. Is my sister a freeloader if she is "trying to get a job and into school but has not for over 4 months?

I think my sister is freeloading off me and I dont know what to do. She told me that she could not go to college or find a job because of my mother and convinced me to let her move in with me for only 3 months (this was in february). She promised she would start school, follow directions, and get a job. Well guess what! She is still working on her resume since February because she has not been "motivated enough" to complete it. My boyfriend and I got her some help where she can get free food, get and id card for free, get medical istance, and get a house but she still has not called to make appointments. Then my boyfriend took her to get food and she got instructions to come back to get medical insurance and an id but she "magically forgot" and got angry with me and started to cry when I confronted her. I told her that she needed to tell me in order for me to take her there and that she had the money to come back home in the bus. This only made her upset and her eyes started to turn red. So then I decided to make a resume for her to "help her out" and made her a list to follow and she even got more tears and said she has been trying hard. I told her that being"unmotivated" was not an excuse to not find a job or finish applying for school. I have to go to work regardless of how unmotivated I am. She look really upset at me and told me that she was not happy and that she wants to go back to Bakerfield and made me feel bad about it. I asked her what can I do to help her get a job and help her get on her feet and she said nothing. So i am frustrated and don't know what to do! I love my sister but I also love my single life and we have to share a little room together and my roomates are beginning to feel that she is overstaying her welcome. I don't want to move out to an apartment I cannot afford just too keep my sister comfortable. I really don't know what else to do and feel guilty if I would have to kick her out. Isn't family suppose to be there for each other??
